Collaboration Criteria
RepairGuyDK | Denmark's Largest Tech Channel
Thanks for considering RepairGuyDK. This page exists so you can tell in two minutes whether a collaboration makes sense, before either of us spends time on emails.
The channel in numbers
- Platform: YouTube
- Subscribers: 20,400+
- Videos published: 729
- Total views: 5.6 million+
- Active since: August 2015
- Audience: Men aged 35 to 65, Denmark and Scandinavia
- Language: Danish
The audience is small by global standards and highly engaged by Danish standards. They watch full reviews, they read the description, and a meaningful share of them buy the product afterwards. That is the value here, not raw view count.
What I cover
Physical consumer technology that I can hold, test and take apart:
- Power stations and solar generators
- E-bikes and e-scooters
- Projectors and displays
- Cameras and thermal imaging
- Smart home hardware and automation
- Networking and PC hardware
- General consumer electronics
Every product is tested by me personally, over time, in real use. Measurements where measurements are possible.
What I do not cover
To save us both an email:
- Software, SaaS and web platforms. No apps, no AI tools, no creator platforms, no marketplaces. My viewers come for hardware.
- Products outside consumer tech. Fashion, supplements, finance, gambling, crypto, cosmetics.
- Short mentions and product placements. No brief plugs inside unrelated videos, no Shorts-only deals, no scripted 30-second reads.
- Products I have not tested. I do not recommend anything I have not had in my hands.
- B2B and niche professional tools. If it targets researchers, developers or enterprise buyers, my audience is the wrong audience.
If your product falls into any of these categories, the honest answer is that a campaign here will not perform for you.
How collaborations work
Format. Long-form, dedicated video review on YouTube. That is the format the channel is built on and the only format that converts for this audience.
Editorial control stays with me. You are welcome to send talking points and technical specs. You do not get script approval, and you do not get to remove criticism. If the product has weaknesses, I say so. That honesty is exactly why the recommendations work.
Disclosure. All paid partnerships are disclosed to viewers, per YouTube policy and Danish marketing law. This is not negotiable.
No free product in exchange for coverage. Sending a unit is the starting point, not the payment.
What to include in your first email
Proposals without these details will not get a rate:
- The specific product, with a spec sheet or product page link
- Campaign timeline and target publication date
- Your budget range
- Deliverables you have in mind
- Usage rights and exclusivity requirements, if any
- Affiliate or discount code terms, if relevant
I quote per project once I know what the product is and what you need. I do not send a rate card into an empty brief.

Please put the product name in the subject line.
A note on timing: I read everything, but I only reply to proposals that match the criteria above. No reply within a week means it was not a fit.
